WE ARE BUILDING A FILM INDUSTRY IN THE OZARKS
The time is right to build a film industry in Missouri. With the 2023 passage of the SHOW MO Act, Missouri suddenly is attractive to producers and studios of large-budget motion pictures and TV series. The Founders of the OZARKS FILM CO-OP have the experience, expertise, and ability to create a thriving film industry in the Ozarks. Become a Co-Op member to be part of the movement that will transform the Ozarks into a media production hub for the lower Midwest United States.

WE ARE TRAINING A FILM WORKFORCE
Our goal is to train as many filmmakers as possible so they can create their own visions and tell the stories we all know are abundant in the Ozarks. We believe this is the correct strategy for marketing the entire region to the world, and establishing the Ozarks as a renowned center of storytelling and filmmaking. We train people from all walks of life and income levels. If you are interested in learning how to make movies, meet up with us and become a member.

WE ARE SERVING FILMMAKERS & THE OZARKS
We provide services like training, cultural and educational programming that filmmakers can use, and which the community can enjoy. We serve professional and emerging filmmakers, and people who are simply fans of making movies and cinema. Our filmmaker Q&A panels, showcases, and 2025 film festival, provide the Ozarks with an additional outlet for creative interests. Attend one of our events to meet creators and friends.
